Replacement Policy:
Our products do not have a replacement policy. Sales and discounts might be on selected items and for selected units of a particular product and if the selected discounted units are sold or are not available, then the discount would not apply to it even if new units of the same product are in stock. Refund Process:
If your pre-paid order is canceled due to the unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to Burhani Online Store, you shall be entitled to a full refund payment of the product by Burhani Online Store which shall be processed and completed within 7 to 10 working days.
Payment Policy:
Burhani Online Store can change the price of the order, the price fluctuation can be due to currency devaluation, shortage of product, or any other unforeseen incident. In such case, Burhani Online Store will let the customer know the new price and if the customer agrees then only Burhani Online Store will dispatch the product. In case of a product price change, that order will be canceled and a new order shall be placed with the new price.

In case of any product which isn’t insured, that product through delivery will be misplaced, damaged, or any other activity will be not responsible by Burhani Online Store.
